Can guito access my bank password?

No. Under PSD2, your credentials go directly to your bank via a certified intermediary. We never see or store them.

Where is my data stored?

The database is hosted in the European Union. Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in the privacy policy.

Can guito make transactions on my behalf?

No. PSD2 access is strictly read-only. We can never move money.

Does the AI see all my data?

The agent consults the account data needed to answer your questions. guito’s AI providers do not use it to train models. External assistants you choose to connect, such as ChatGPT or Claude, follow their own provider’s policy.

What happens if there's a data breach?

We investigate the incident, take steps to limit its impact and notify the authorities and affected people where required, under the privacy policy and applicable law.

How are IBANs stored?

Only partial IBANs (first 4 + last 4 characters). Full IBANs are never persisted.

Who can see my financial data?

In the app, each account can only access its own data. Access needed to operate and support the service is restricted. The privacy policy explains when data is processed and by whom.
